Hurricane Helene Update
Dear Universal Storage Solutions – Elizabethton Customers:
We hope this message finds you safe in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Unfortunately, due to severe flooding at our Universal Storage Solutions facility at 1201 Hwy 19E in Elizabethton, Tennessee, your storage unit has been affected. As a result, all leases at this specific location must be terminated and your unit emptied to allow for remediation and repair. If you have not already, you will be receiving an email / letter with details. (Please note: storage units at 620 and 629 S Sycamore St were not impacted by this event.)
We kindly ask you to remove your belongings from your unit as soon as possible. If there are any items you would like us to dispose of, please leave them in the unit, and let us know once you're finished. We’ll handle the removal for you. We also have a dumpster onsite for your usage. If you have any questions about insurance coverage, please contact your insurance carrier directly.

Transferred from a different U.S.S location. And honestly I've never stayed with a storage unit before when transferring but the experience was so great I stayed with them. They also have a really cool app you download to open the gate“

Universal Storage Solutions is great. They have easy access to the storage units and they're really easy to get in and out of. I also like that the have the website so I can pay the bill online. If you're looking for simple convenient storage, you gotta check them out.
